saying goodbye To Gerta, What’s Next?

Gerta and Oliver, Upper Westside NYC

“Gerta was a true soulmate, and saying goodbye to her - though it was so clear it was time - was beyond heartbreaking. After saying goodbye, I just wanted to make sure she was “okay”. It was my first session with Marti, and I didn’t know what to expect, but seated on the bed, Gerta and I shared, surrounded by my other animals, a dog named Oliver and a kitty named Finnegan, she began the session with a prayer to call in the various energies and guides.

I thought I’d be in tears the entire time, but once Marti made a connection with Gerta, it was joyous. I apologized to her and was told that she understood and had been ready. I asked if there were beaches where she was, and the response - which I will never forget - was that there were many and in all different colors. She also said she was with someone from my past who had transitioned and that they loved dogs.

Marti then asked if I wanted to hear from Oliver and Finnegan. Oliver said he knew Gerta was special to me, but that he understood his role, which Finnegan said he wanted something of his own that he didn’t have to share and he wanted it in Fall colors. Always the comedian!

Since our initial session, I’ve worked with Marti to help guide me in adding a new pup to our home, soul retrievals for behaviour issues, and medical issues.

Marti is not only a great animal communicator but at this point feels like part of ouor furry family. I can’t recommend working with her highly enough.”
